Final AV check and meet-up onsite with council leadership
Women Builders PCBC provides professional development and advocacy for women across all roles in the construction and building industries. Following a year of image challenges and low engagement, their leadership team turned to Cara Brookins to help spark a new chapter.
Cara delivered “Building a Bigger Future” to a full room of 300 women. Her presentation, which shared the story of how she constructed a house from scratch with her children, highlighted self-leadership, clarity of vision, and long-term courage. Her story served as a blueprint not only for physical building, but for reclaiming personal and professional purpose.
The result was more than just a keynote, it was a turning point. Attendees described it as “the speech we needed,” and leadership reported that it redefined how the organization viewed itself. It was a moment of identity restoration that created lasting momentum.
“All of our survey results and reviews from the event were 100% positive. A year ago, our image was struggling, and your speech truly saved us and gave our council a whole new identity we can be proud of.”
