Opening Keynote: “The Keys to Rebuilding: How to Get UN-Stuck”
50-minute keynote followed by a lengthy book signing
Fully coordinated A/V and schedule with Chad Sorenson and HR Florida team
The HR Florida Conference & Expo, one of the largest HR gatherings in the southeastern United States, welcomed more than 1,800 professionals to the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort for a high-impact leadership experience. The theme was “Seize the Opportunity,” and the opening keynote needed to match the ambition of that call.
Cara Brookins delivered with “The Keys to Rebuilding: How to Get UN-Stuck.” Drawing from her lived experience of rebuilding her life by constructing a home with her four children, she outlined a framework for taking initiative, moving through fear, and building lasting momentum.
Cara’s keynote struck a powerful balance, deeply emotional, highly relevant, and loaded with actionable insights for professionals navigating change, burnout, or career transitions. She stayed after the presentation for a book signing, which became a secondary touchpoint for attendees to connect and ask questions. The conference kicked off with clarity and conviction, leaving attendees ready to seize every opportunity the weekend had to offer.
