The Odessa Chamber of Commerce, a powerhouse of economic development in West Texas, hosted its 2nd Annual SheCan Women’s Conference to elevate the voices of female business leaders and community builders. The event gathered more than 300 local women and professionals in Odessa, all eager to find renewed energy and clarity in their professional and personal journeys.
Cara Brookins took the stage with her keynote, “Rise & Resilience: A True Story,” delivering a raw and powerful narrative about building her own home while rebuilding her life. Her message struck a deep chord with the crowd, many of whom face their own challenges in leadership and entrepreneurship.
