As a leader in SAP automation and data stewardship, Winshuttle hosts its Engage User Conference to explore innovation and transformation across the enterprise software space. For the 2022 event, the team wanted to go beyond data workflows and process automation to address a deeper question: how do we embrace transformation on a human level?
Cara Brookins was invited to deliver “Rise & Resilience” as the keynote session. Her story of rebuilding her life and physically constructing a home with her children offered a powerful metaphor for the transformation journey facing today’s data leaders. Cara also worked as a software developer herself for twenty years, which helped attendees connect her blueprint for resilience to their own efforts in redesigning digital infrastructure and adapting to change.
