Books!

I absolutely love to write for young people and I am trying my hand at adult fiction and non-fiction as well.

  The Doris Free series has a very deep personal meaning to me.  Check out the Doris Free links on the right.  You can read about the real Doris, my grandmother, and see actual photos of her.  I'm working on additional Doris Free novels.  You can read about those as well and offer suggestions.

  Those Who Walked Before has been a lot of fun to write and really appeals to my sense of adventure and survival.  I am working on the second book in this trilogy.  I'm still looking for a publishing home.

  Gadget Geeks - well the name says it all.  I'm a programmer by day and a real computer geek at heart.  Read more about Drew's robot, Hope, and spy gear on the Gadget Geeks page.  This book was released in the fall of 2008 by Goldminds Publishing.

  Liberty is an adult fiction novel about an abused woman.  I plan to finish it as soon as I find a treasure trove of free time.  Sidney and her children make a daring escape and are running for their lives.  Starting over is harder than they ever imagined, especially when dangers from their past continue searching.

  Terra is an adult fiction novel about a sculptor who is searching for her roots.  Her mother's death and absent father left her alone and floundering.  (I've been playing with a new voice for this novel, creating a character with an earthy feel.)
