Novels that are and will be...

The Doris Free series will always be one of my favorites.  In addition to being my first novel, the series was inspired by my grandmother, Doris Freemore Puttkammer.  Check out the Doris Free links on the right for more information.  You can read about the real Doris and see a few photos of her.  While only the first novel is currently in print through Mondo Publishing, the second is available as an ePub book, and an expansion of the series will be available soon.   Buy Now on Amazon.com.

Those Who Walked Before was one of my favorite series of books to plan and write. It appeals to my sense of adventure and survival. Jordan Booker uncovers a mystery and then is thrust back in time to a world far different than the ancient world our history books describe. He must find a way to survive long enough to take the capsule home to his little sister. And while he's there, he is also searching for the reason the Oldtimers creaed the capsule in the first place. Were they really counting on him to save the future? The first volume is now avaialable as an ePub exclusive and the the second book in this trilogy is nearly complete and will be available soon!   Gadget Geeks - I'm a programmer by day and a real computer geek at heart.  Read more about Drew's dumpster diving robot hobby, his friend Hope, and their unique spy gear on the Gadget Geeks page.  This book was released in the fall of 2008 by Goldminds Publishing. Buy Now on Amazon.com.

Voodoo - I've never had as much fun writing as I've had with this series.  Staying up late at night to read voodoo spells and writing my first romantic comedy is the perfect lighthearted project for me right now.

Liberty is an adult fiction novel about a victim of domestic violence who struggles to rebuild her life. I'm reworking the outline on this one before I complete the manuscript and I'll finish it as soon as I find a treasure trove of free time.  Sidney and her children make a daring escape and are running for their lives.  Starting over is harder than they ever imagined, especially when dangers from their past catch up with them.

Terra is an adult fiction novel about a sculptor who is searching for her roots.  Her mother's death and absent father left her alone and floundering.  I'm playing with a new voice for this novel, creating a character with an earthy feel.

Journey Women follows four generations of women as they struggle to find their place in the world and each other's lives.  This one was put on hold when I lost my mom, but I'll be ready to dig back into it soon.
